@dpd_support do you really think it’s acceptable for your driver to deliver our weeks worth of food outside the front of a building? It has now disappeared, probably taken by someone waking past!!! Please tell your drivers to ring the bell as I was at home waiting for this!!

@UPSHelp thanks to one of you delivery drivers pretending to “attempt” delivery on my parcel! I was home the whole time! Now I can’t receive my parcel which is a present for my dad, I can only get a refund a week before Christmas! Nice one

@Timberland can someone please respond about my parcel that has gone missing. @UPS said they tried to delivery 3 times (which can’t be correct) and they’ve sent it back to the shipper. How do I receive my parcel?

@UPS why do I have an email saying you have tried to deliver a parcel but I wasn’t in when on all 3 occasions. You ‘tried’ (dates and times) I was home. I feel this parcel wasn’t even attempted to be delivered. Now my parcel seems to have gone missing!!!
