Today I attended an ECT conference with the @Northants_TSHub to prepare me for the year ahead as an ECT. It was great to be in a room full of new and old faces on our teaching journey 🍎

@MissHPrimary_ I feel exactly the same I am also an ECT starting in September ❤️ my motto at the moment is take every day as it comes, as it can all feel so overwhelming. Nerves just show how much you care! You will be amazing and remember your reason why and keep that in mind xxx
