We are a ministry that rejoices! Through Impact, God is engaging students with His Church and His people. We will recognize and celebrate all the extraordinary things God is doing through this ministry, giving Him the glory through it all!

As we pursue excellence in all we do, we create space for honest observation and feedback. Through evaluations, surveys, and humbly inviting constructive criticism, we regularly seek to allow positive change and growth to occur within Impact.

As a ministry we desire to be fully devoted followers of Jesus who commit ourselves to building His Kingdom and making His fame grow. It is in this devotion that we see ourselves decrease and His name increase.
