The chance to see the Northern Lights in so many states is always exciting. Hoping the skies cooperate...this is one of those rare moments you don’t want to miss!
@Bannons_WarRoom Amazing Independence Day celebration! 🇺🇸🎆 Such a great atmosphere filled with pride, joy, and unity. Truly a beautiful way to honor the day!
NIL standards is needed, but the PCSA risks exploiting student-athletes. Key concerns: unequal bargaining power, limited freedom under heavy regulation, and pressure tied to playing time or scholarships. Athletes need strong protections with fair benefit from their NIL.
@edokeefe asks NCAA President Charlie Baker why he’s supportive of the bipartisan Protect College Sports Act, which establishes national standards on the name, image, and likeness program that allows student athletes to earn compensation.
“If you were to say to me…is the eligibility system that we currently have working? I mean, if everybody would comply with it and stay out of the courts, maybe, but they don't,” Baker said. “There is no agent regulation, which is a huge problem. You talk to any student-athlete about that, and any school about it, they'll tell you that.”
@SenTuberville agree!! the PCSA isn't the fix college sports need. The future of college sports should be shaped by conferences, the NCAA, and schools....not Congress.
@jbulltard1 If the concern is competitiveness, banning the products people are choosing doesn’t solve the underlying problem. It just reduces competition at home while encouraging the rest of the world to build around a different ecosystem.

@KevinScarbinsky@TexasTechFB Yeah why listen to someone like Cody Campbell clearly no credibility left after backing Sorsby on his gambling controversy. Let's not forget!!
@GordonGChang I think people underestimate the difference between slowing someone down and changing their incentives. If the goal is to preserve U.S. leadership, policies that encourage China to build a fully independent stack deserve just as much scrutiny.
@ns123abc The real question isn't why Jensen declined. It's whether another Washington hearing would do anything to strengthen American AI leadership in the first place.
