@wasuzuki Movement isn't only about burning calories.
Within minutes of moving, your brain begins adjusting its chemistry.
Adrenaline helps you wake up.
Dopamine supports motivation.
Serotonin helps regulate mood.
Sometimes, all it takes is a 10-minute walk.
@wasuzuki Note to self: One hour of exercise in the morning doesn't negate the effects of being sedentary for the other 23 hours. Move often. Movement matters.
@drrhanson I'll go first. 🌱
• I slept well.
• I no longer snore 😊
• I successfully finished my 36-hour fast.
• I completed my morning workout 🏹
• I'm healthy, and so are the people I love.
I could probably keep going.
Bad things stick, while good things tend to slip away.
#Happiness is not about creating more positive moments, but about noticing the good moments already present in our lives and allowing them to leave a lasting imprint on us.
-> @drrhanson's 'Take in the Good' approach
@drrhanson Let's practice together.
What's one small moment from today that deserves a little more attention because it made your day just a little better? 🌱
I think #sleep and #VitaminC have a lot in common.
Both are fundamental to our health, yet both are surprisingly easy to neglect.
Just because something doesn't feel urgent doesn't mean it isn't important.
This honestly felt like discovering a missing rule of the human body.
Learning how Vitamin C actually moves, adapts, and is used inside us was one of the most eye-opening moments of my life.
Not a supplement.
Not a “when you’re sick” fix.
A constant, living process.
Biology doesn't waste resources.
The adrenal glands are among the most Vitamin C-rich tissues in the human body. They play a key role in your stress response and their Vitamin C stores are constantly being used and replenished.
I don't know where this path will lead.
I just know I want to keep walking it.
Not every dream needs giant leaps,
sometimes showing up and taking the next shot is enough.
After learning more about vitamin C metabolism, I started taking 2–4 g/day. No bowel tolerance signs so far. Now I'm curious: is my body using it, or simply excreting the excess? Picked up some urine test strips to find out. 🧪
This morning I had a choice: skip training because I didn't have time for my planned kettlebell session, or do what I could.
I chose to shoot 28 arrows.
Not much. But infinitely better than zero.
What if one of the simplest cancer-risk habits wasn’t a supplement, a biohack, or a complex routine — but a 30-minute brisk walk?

@level_x_up That’s exactly the same for me.
Peace is the moments where, even briefly, life feels whole rather than unfinished.
The feeling of “this moment is enough as it is” is peace and happiness for me.
Around 7,000+ steps/day was linked with a substantially lower depression risk.
Interestingly, research suggests that mental health benefits increase clearly between around 5k and 10k daily steps. After 10k steps, the extra benefits may become smaller.
