Mars is also not zero-g, it's low-g, which humans have only experienced for a few days. We need to learn a LOT more before we go.

If an employer enters negotiations with a dishonest purpose, fails to perform duties (like starting the program) in a trustworthy manner, enters an agreement with no intent to fulfill it, or violates basic standards of honesty, it’s bad faith.

@Noissim12 Disingenuous or just ill-informed? It’s not that they aren’t getting their bonus this year, it’s that bonuses would be taken away permanently under the new contract. The average Boeing employee gets about an 11% bonus each year, so the “25% raise” was really only ~14%

@Noissim12 So, a 14% raise (over the next 4 years) after wages were stagnant for the last 16 years. That means the wage for a given job has gone down by 40% over the last 16 years, and losing the bonuses means that right now, workers would be making EVEN LESS.
