When I visited your Granger, Indiana location, I was told that corporate has decided it is "no longer viable" to wash car mats upon request. I encountered this exact issue last year, but after speaking with customer service, I was told it was an incorrect decision made by a local manager.

The Incompetence:
You shipped the unit to a store 100 miles away from the pickup location I requested.
The Gaslighting:
I called Customer Support, and they insisted it went to the correct store. While I was nicely disputing this on the phone, your webpage magically refreshed to show the correct location. Suddenly, the rep realized it was indeed shipped to the wrong Best Buy. But don't worry, he claimed, it’s "resolved."
The Reality:
The rep promised it would be at my local store "soon." I told him it MUST be there today because I am leaving on a trip tomorrow.
However, the status on your site has reverted to "Preparing Order." I asked him how it will arrive in time when the system clearly shows you are starting over? We both know that means it is at least a week out.
The Brush-off:
When I expressed my anger, he told me he would pass this to the "Lenovo Internet Team" for a contact within 24-48 hours. I firmly told him that is not a resolution; it is placating. You are just hoping I’ll take a non-answer and go away.
To the CEO:
Mr. Yuanqing Yang (@YuanqingYang), I am very well aware I am a "nobody" to you. But as I sit at my work desk, I am looking at four other Lenovo products I personally bought, not counting the ones purchased for family and employees.
Your inability to offer a real solution - offering only boilerplate delays instead, is unprofessional and disappointing.
I have a screenshot of the original status before your team quietly revised it. You need to be accountable for your screwups.
You will no longer have any of my money. Total and complete #FAIL on @Lenovo's part.
