@TheTrinketMage Rhystic Study isn't worth the GC slot in bracket 3. Bracket 3 card draw engines are more than good enough to get you by, especially if you're playing blue. Free counterspells, non-blue draw, tutors, etc. are much more important than maybe drawing cards in blue.
