What is concerning is that within minutes of the suspension, an individual contacted me on Telegram claiming responsibility and demanding money to restore my account.

I believe my account may have been targeted through malicious false reporting.

I respectfully request a manual review of my account and a fair investigation into this matter.

Now exchanges like #Binance are asking for KYC reverification using PAN cards; Governments can easily get to know all your information, including your income.

Even a small ₹1,500 profit can lead to a ₹72,000 fine.

Recently India’s Income Tax Department slapped a ₹78,000 fine on a P2P #crypto user for not disclosing a ₹1L transaction.

But sadly, they are only focusing on tax and TDS.

Still, there’s no rule to protect 🇮🇳Indian users.

#WazirX was hacked for $234.9M (~Rs 2000 crore), and users got no help — no refund, nothing.

You’re treated like a criminal, taxed like a gambler, but left alone when things go wrong.

Time to think smart.

IMO, using non-KYC exchanges might be the only safe way out.
