@BimalGST Sir This Is Very Important Topics But one more questions is Arising If Someone Has already updated his return & Sec 16(4) ITC not allowed & Suddenly Govt will allow with Any Scheme then what will they do Bcoz Revised Option is Also not there.
#GSTAmnesty, All seniors, & @FinMinIndia@GST_Council Please Clarify One Question if Dealers who have Failed to Utilize the Gstamnesty Late Fees Waiver Scheme from 2017 Due to Covid, Financial & Lockdown Problems What will they Do Now? Unemployed? Should they get a chance? @ANI
All seniors please raise your Voice for #gstamnesty with Latefees Caping of Rs 500 to 1000/-Otherwise Many smallTax payers will Shut their business Last Chance should be given to update frm July2017, @haldiaarpit@abhishekrajaram @SKHalakhandi @rajatgurnanica @sudhirgparmar@ANI
#GSTAmnesty Please Allow the small Tax payers to Update all the Returns Before jan 2021 By waiving the late fees Or Cap it 500 to 1000/per Return.Declare it as a Last Chance for Updating all the Returns from July 2017 @cbic_india@FinMinIndia@GST_Council@anjanaomkashyap@ANI
#gstamnesty U cannot compare a MNC with Small Business Bcoz of lack of Resources,So Late Fees Should Not be Same It Should be Like IT Slab,Please Save Small Busines & Give them last chance to Update Return frm July 2017 @cbic_india@GST_Council@FinMinIndia@taxguru_in@PTI_News
Late Fee Should be Capped Rs 300 For Nil Return Rs 1000/for Turnover Upto 2Cr &1500/for2 to 5 Cr It will Help& Encourage the Tax payer for GST,Activate All Tax payers from 2017,MSME will Get Relief & late fee will not waived off totally @cbic_india@GST_Council@FinMinIndia
Coronavirus peak in India 25 July to 25 October
#GSTAmnesty scheme introduced to help the affected MSMEs ended on September 30
Normally Amnesty scheme is provided after recovery but in GST, It is presumed that the benefit will be availed during peak of COVID.
What’s the logic?
