أما الحوثي، فيختبئ وسط المدنيين ثم يطلق صواريخه ومسيّراته نحو المدن والمقدسات.

وهنا الفرق بين دولة تتحمل مسؤولية القوة… وميليشيا لا تتحمل مسؤولية الدم.
