@qatarairways I contacted customer service to request an extension of my flight dates. The agent was very unhelpful and informed me that additional charge of £1200 would apply. when I later contacted customer services through the app, my ticket was extended free of charge without any issues.

@qatarairways Cancelled my flight for the third time , I think it’s time to boycott Qatar Airways. Everyone please always book you tickets with Emirates. They are truly the best airline in the world , they are operating all flights and they really care about their customers.

@qatarairways My flight schedule has been changed again. You guys are really taking the piss. Emirates and other airlines are operating properly and continuously helping their passengers, but Qatar Airways has been the worst airline I have seen.

This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

@qatarairways Why are we all being treated like animals here. We have booked holidays from work and to celebrate Eid with family abroad. Emirates and Etihad are both operating flights. My biggest mistake to book flight with Qatar ,never flying with you ever again.
