@RBS_Help you guys are really beyond a joke. two identical e mails sent week apart re a complaint raised a week ago. tried to call and so far been told twice no one available but will transfer me.... still waiting!
you won't move money which is why i'm closing account. even had the cheek to ask what the money was for.... how about none of your business? no you need to tell me...almost said drugs and hookers.

@RBS_Help just spent a fun filled hour on phone trying to move money to another bank of mine. bounced to three depts, and still no money moved. asked for a manager was told there wasn't any. absolute joke of a bank. asked how to close account. need to empty it... how?
@BrianLeishmanMP can you advise what a constituent needs to do to get a response from your staff? ten days and two emails asking for an update and not a word... not counting the other two and two months plus.
@DavidLammy@UKLabour how about you and your colleagues practice what you preach and put the country first and do what needs to be done. better yet resign and take that absolute shambles of a pm with you.

@EDI_Airport do you deliberately go slow gttg luggage off aircraft to take even more cash from car parking? or are your baggage handlers you contract just useless & lazy?
BA can get me and my luggage from frankfurt in couple hours but you can't get my case 200 yds in 30 mins!
