I'm not a traditionalist. I'm just a Catholic.

The Church is not defined by any state or that state's form.

Charlemagne, the inventor of Europe, saw that he ruled by the grace of God out of necessity—not by any right (a later bastardization condemned by the Church).

Monarchy and feudalism were desperate forms of rule made in reaction to barbarian and Muslim invasions that fractured the Hellenistic world's empires, which were universalist. They were not ideals and soon devolved into exactly the proto-modern particularism reflected in Nazi esoteric myths.

But the Church persists, however imperfect—and it will always be universal.
