The Senior Software Developer will lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of internal business applications. This role is responsible for delivering scalable software solutions, supporting legacy and modern systems, mentoring junior developers, and managing on-premise deployments to ensure high performance, reliability, and business continuity.

Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
💼 7–15+ years of professional software development experience, preferably within an ISP, telecommunications, or other highly transactional enterprise environment.
💻 Strong hands-on experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, PHP, C#, Perl, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Vue.js.
🏗️ Proven expertise in Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
🐳 Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and managing applications on Linux and Windows Server environments.
🗄️ Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and database administration.
👥 Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
🧠 Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across both legacy and modern application environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant IT certifications is an advantage.
