@topskillsportuk This is a fair take. I can't even imagine that the Chelsea board will double down on this model.
You can keep buying your young players but balance it out with a prestigious and experienced coach.
Can't say I have had a viral post before but I made up a tweet as an official communication when MMM crashed and it brought massive engagement to my page.
To the year that brings you closer to your dreams, desires and goals. To the year that opens the path to more, giving you the leverage for growth and the consolidation of your wins. To the year that represents all that you have silently worked for.
Happy New Year as you return to work today

If you take interest in politics (as a young person), don't just focus on the next election. Be prepared for the long haul, identify with your people, and don't do it for profit.
Corporate Accountability and Public Participation Africa (CAPPA), Gatefield, Environmental Rights Action/Friends of the Earth Nigeria (ERA/FoEN); to demand that government representatives do not give in to pressure from those who would have them make agreements

We deserve a continent and ultimately a world where our health is not a valid sacrifice on the altar of profit making.
That is why we at CYID joined our voices with those of other well meaning public health advocates from Nigeria Tobacco Control Alliance (NTCA),

Today, we celebrate the contributions that men make to make our world a better place, and the boys who will BECOME.
May we be them, may we know them, may we raise them.
Cheers to you, gentlemen. Keep being the light.

At the ongoing #COP30, at a side event organized by @oilwatchafrica1 and @EcoHomef, @CAPPAfrica's @OlamideMartinss joined others to call for the adoption of the powerful template already offered by the Ogoni people of the Niger Delta (Nigeria) and the Yasuni people of Ecuador.
Long before the intrusion of corporate profiteers, Indigenous communities thrived on native knowledge, lived wisdom, and local adaptation practices that safeguarded both people and planet.
.@CAPPAfrica's @OlamideMartinss in a panelist role participated in a side event that called for full de-petrolization and not the token, politically convenient decarbonisation promoted by government and profit-driven actors.
He stressed the need for bold, enforceable measures, including an immediate ban on new petroleum exploration licenses in Africa, clear national phase-out dates, mandatory corporate disclosure of fossil investments, and the establishment of an independent compliance mechanism to ensure real accountability and progress. #COP30
In this insightful interview, Executive Director of @CAPPAfrica, @bodufemi shares how the tobacco industry has tried for years to bribe, threaten, and intimidate him because of his work defending public health. He explains that companies like British American Tobacco and Philip Morris are now using new tactics — from social media influencers to false “harm reduction” claims — to target young people and weaken tobacco laws in Africa. He calls for stronger protection for advocates, tighter enforcement of the WHO FCTC Article 5.3, and a united African effort to stop industry interference once and for all.

Thank you, H E. We have always advocated for a directorate at the party level that can help with some of the issues raised here.
You remain a leading ideologue in the way we picture our party's operations.
A system that provides mentorship for young people within the party, deploying their capacities where necessary.
When this rewards is zeroed to appointments, it should also mean competent party (wo)men with verifiable contributions are rewarded before step outside the party.
