Why NPL hasn't give full ICC status ? All other countries has this they are able to hire full test players but it's 3rd year and they haven't sanctioned it. There is something going on that we haven't met ICC standards if that is not the case we need answers @paras77

Success or failure is a totally different thing and abandonment in the middle that's disappointing
