@Ltcolonelvikas Sir , but the nature of those wanting to join the military is such that, even if they get to join for a day and they are told that they are highly likely to be killed in action, they wouldn't think twice before joining.
@braddy_Codie05 Why isn't it obvious that an ex military officer would know more about our strategic interests than a civilian?, being in the military must have exposed him to info that civilians wouldn't even know existed
It sounds like a small mistake , it doesn’t seem like a mistake that is very noticeable . But it is these small things that separate good english from english that sounds abrasive

I sent you on email ”, “ I sent you on whatsapp”. The problem is that what you are actually trying to say is that you have sent something to that person through email or through whatsapp.
Active processes keep your brain engaged. They force you to use your brain. The brain is like a muscle that needs exercise, needs to be kept engaged . Otherwise it atrophies and leads to people becoming inert, sedative , depressed, helpless and easily controlled by others.
Reading, listening to music , watching youtube or movies or any other form of media consumption are passive processes. On the other hand creating music, writing, creating content that can be useful to anyone are active processes
🚨CFA or MBA or do you need a post-graduation for equity research?
Some of the best interns I worked with,
Have no fancy degrees, don't come with any baggage, and have an intense passion to learn.
In fact, I have an intern who is just in the 10th class but is intensely passionate about equity research
Some very mediocre interns were from the top B Schools,
A big baggage and very little power to learn.
and a belief that the degree is the passport to a fat paying job even if they don't learn every day
Fact:-
Markets don't care if you are a CFA or MBA or you are not a graduate
Markets only care about how fast you can learn, unlearn, and relearn.
Some of the best startup ideas live in a grey area of legality. Airbnb, Uber, Lyft, YouTube, Coinbase were all somewhere between questionable and flat-out illegal in their early days.
One reason for this is that incumbents cannot take any legal risk on a new initiative. Even if Google execs saw Uber and thought "that seems promising", there was no way they could launch a competitor because they would face unlimited liability that could destroy all of Google.
So a startup taking legal risk will be invulnerable to competition from big companies for a long time.
An avoidance of struggle of any kind, an avoidance of pain of any kind, avoidance of any activity which requires some kind of fight, a desire for a smooth frictionless anxiety free, pain free life.
A life wherein no sacrifices need to be made , no pain needs to be endured.
