48 hours ago I was informed that my luggage was found and would be on a flight 24 hours ago: DE2080 from @Airport_FRA to @flyLAXairport . So it should be in LA but I still haven’t heard about delivery! How long does this take?
This is day 5!!!

My luggage was left behind on yesterday’s flight from FRA to LAX.
Ground staff in LAX told me the luggage would likely be on the next Lufthansa flight but 36 hours later I haven’t heard anything and the report shows no status updates.

My suitcases contains valuables. And while I enjoyed my flight this is no way to treat business class customers…
It would be great to get some peace of mind.
Instead two of your customer service representatives just hung up on me.
That‘s adding insult to injury.
