@JonathanWillis I‘ve argued pro 97 on the PK with these numbers forever, but: A thing to consider is the whole „everyone has a role, has ownership in the team‘s success“ argument. If you have strong PK1+PK2 units with players who aren‘t on PP1 (I will allow Bouch), they create their an identity.
