Scientists have discovered a promising new way to help the immune system detect and attack hidden cancer cells.

A first-in-class drug called GRWD5769 (an oral ERAP1 inhibitor) has shown encouraging early results, shrinking tumors in patients with six different types of advanced cancer: lung, liver, bladder, cervical, head and neck, and colorectal.

In a Phase 1/1b clinical trial (EMITT-1) involving 83 heavily pre-treated patients across multiple countries, tumors shrank in 26 participants. Of those, 15 experienced reductions of at least 30%. Many patients had already failed prior therapies, including immunotherapies.

The drug works by blocking the enzyme ERAP1, which cancers often use to “edit” their surface proteins and evade immune detection. By inhibiting ERAP1, GRWD5769 alters the tumor’s antigen presentation, effectively removing the cancer’s invisibility cloak and making the cells more visible to the immune system. It was tested in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor cemiplimab (Libtayo).

Particularly strong signals were seen in certain hard-to-treat cancers. For example, disease control for at least six months was achieved in 51% of colorectal cancer patients and 55% of lung cancer patients in the expansion cohorts.

While these early results are promising, experts emphasize this is still an early-phase study. Larger trials are needed to confirm efficacy, durability of response, and impact on long-term survival.

If successful, this approach could expand the number of patients who benefit from immunotherapy — which currently works in only about one-third of cases.

Not because we’re tired of you. The opposite. Because you deserve to go home. You deserve quiet mornings. You deserve to sit on your own porch without the weight of 330 million people sitting on your shoulders. You deserve your family back. You deserve peace.

Noah's Ark
It's going to be Biblical...

This video from the mountains near the Iranian border in Turkey has my heart overflowing with awe and gratitude.

We're looking at the boat-shaped Durupınar formation on the mountains of Ararat, where researchers using ground-penetrating radar have revealed what appear to be internal corridors, chambers, and layered structures deep underground.

Soil samples show significantly higher organic material inside the formation, consistent with the remains of an enormous ancient wooden vessel.

How profoundly Biblical this is.👈

In Genesis 8:4, we read that “the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.”

For thousands of years, believers have held to this account of God’s judgment and mercy during the Flood.

Now, these scans and findings stir our faith in a fresh way — reminding us that the Bible is not myth, but living, historical truth preserved by a faithful God.

“By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.” (Hebrews 11:7)

What an incredible testament to God’s sovereignty! What perfect timing!

He warned Noah, provided salvation through the ark, and has now allowed this evidence to surface in our time as if to say, “My Word stands forever.”

The same God who shut the door of the ark and remembered Noah amid the waters is the God who still delivers, protects, and reveals truth to those who seek Him.

Whether this ultimately confirms the physical remains of Noah’s Ark or serves as a powerful sign pointing back to the Genesis account, it fills me with wonder.

In a world that often questions Scripture, moments like this invite us to trust deeper:

The heavens declare God’s glory… and sometimes the very earth beneath our feet does too.
