FT: West Ham 0 Arsenal 1. Leandro Trossard wins it for Arsenal with eight minutes left in a dramatic finish that also saw West Ham have a goal disallowed in injury time.

A huge Trossard strike that takes Arsenal back to five clear at the top and keeps the title in their hands.
