I have had a very harrowing experience waiting for my compensation for over 6 months. In October 2025, I had a flight scheduled from Delhi to London which had been delayed by 12 hours. While I was promised compensation, I haven't received anything yet.

I have been asking for updates but I am just being given empty promises.
There is no contact to help me here as well.

Hi @flyspicejet I had a flight from DXB to BOM on 1st March which kept getting cancelled. You guys have announced repatriation flights from Fujairah airport. Please help us get on to that flight. I have been trying to call since hours but no one picks up.
