@HSBC_IN It's been over a MONTH since I applied for your credit card and still no resolution. First I was told Video KYC failed, then that it passed but "company verification" was pending. I sent my bank statement 10+ days ago — silence since.
Every support call gives me a new "it's under process" timeline, and when I call the helpline and enter my number + DOB, it says there's NO application under my number. This is unacceptable. Please escalate and give me a real update today.
Almost a year since Metro Line 7A is operational but yet if one one has to cross highway from Aarey Station, he has to get down & take a different skywalk/bridge. What kind of planning is this? Does it talk this long to solve this issue?

@DubaiDET I had booked a driving experience with @Dubai_Autodrome on 1st March which got cancelled because of the war. They agreed to refund the amount in 3 weeks but I haven’t received it yet. They are still not giving any clarity on the same. Requesting your intervention.

@flyspicejet You just send any random message in the dm which doesn’t make any sense. If I can book alternate flights then I should be able to the option to book an alternate flight. Your portal says that it is not permitted for DXB to BOM. Completely useless airline that I’ll never book

@DubaiDET The Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism is supporting tourists with extended stay assistance. Could Dubai consider a similar initiative? Many visitors are currently stranded and would greatly benefit from support.
