We've cooked up Beef Ribs from Highland Hollow Farms dry-brined in kosher salt & rubbed with coffee, cocoa powder & brown sugar before smoking. Green cabbage is slow-cooked on the flattop & dressed with red wine butter.
Served with a side of caramelized kimchi featuring veg.
