@IndiGo6E Is there a way to get in touch with customer service? Your websit won’t allow the cancellation of a flight that you have changed, I just get an error message, your chat service isn’t responding, emailing customer services doesn’t seem to work either.

I believed @IndiGo6E has put behind its cancellation fiasco, I was wrong. Instead of rerouting the flights and prioritizing customer needs they are cancelling the flights from London, they are using Boeing 787-9 and they cant handle a simple reroute?
