12 साल हो गए। शिक्षा पर खर्च आज भी जीडीपी का करीब 4.1 प्रतिशत है जबकि नई शिक्षा नीति का लक्ष्य 6 प्रतिशत है। 2023 24 में शोध और विकास पर खर्च सिर्फ 0.84 प्रतिशत जीडीपी रहा।

शिक्षा में कोई दम नहीं। शोध में कोई दम नहीं। नवाचार में कोई दम नहीं।

कभी बीजेपी की चाटने के अलावा तथ्यों पर भी बात कर लिया कर।

There is only one solution: pass a law allowing the accused to counter-sue for a false SC/ST Act case. The burden of proof should rest on both parties. If the accuser proves discrimination occurred, punish the accused. If the accused proves the charge was fake, give the exact same punishment to the accuser. If neither can prove their claim, dismiss the case and issue a strike to both. After three strikes, a person loses the right to file such cases.
