Australia in 2024: When women’s lives are dispensable … whichever woman that may be.
“The gunman who shot & killed a mother & her teenage daughter in Perth's western suburbs did so because he thought his ex-partner was at the property. The 63-year-old man visited a home … looking for his ex-wife.”

Tip for academics:
If you're writing a paper and you wish to include 'clinical recommendations', please collaborate with a clinician. I'm currently doing a systematic review and some of the clinical recommendations I'm seeing are just so out of touch with reality... 💔
I'm returning to Chile today after 3 amazing months of learning and exchange. A memorable experience in my PhD journey.
Grateful for the warmth and generosity of @JoRobinson_Aus and the great Suicide Prevention Team of @orygen_aus
All the success for you
See you soon!
It was fantastic to see our first @LivingWorksAus safeTALK training for international students last week at @trinityunimelb. We had great feedback and it’s exciting to be increasing #suicideprevention capacity in this community! Thanks to @studymelbourne for funding the work!
Super proud to see 5 years of work come to fruition with the publication of our RCT evaluating the effectiveness of @MovemberAUS's Men in Mind training! Was a joy to help bring this to life and so excited to see it out in the world - free to read here! https://t.co/67YVDO0ZH2
