News:Over last 20 years, percentage of public spending allocated to food has generally declined in most major economies.
Therefore the income of farmers don't increase proportionately.

Similarly the one using Electric Vehicle using renewable has full right to pollution free
But one using old vehicles on petrol or diesel be penalized. Use of ethanol may reduce it

Delhi suffering from pollution as pollution from vehicles choking entire Delhi.
Any step forward will be opposed by pollution lobby. Say bye bye to old vehicles out of Delhi. Otherwise cycle would be left option.

Is this very State so dumb. IfE20 is banned the advantage to new vehicle will be lost.
