Visited The Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival at BIC Indiranagar yesterday. If you're a fan of all things cacao, you need to check it out. With so many brands and endless samplings, my brain and taste buds were in overdrive—but in the best way possible!

Okay this is gonna be a long 🧵
Attended the Indian Cacao and Craft Chocolate Festival at BIC. Image on the right includes some of the chocolates I ended up buying.
@mosquitobatman@ItsAllDandy_ Hi! Would love to add — India’s sources come from farms in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, keeping things 100% local. :)
Yet another post on the Indian cacao and craft chocolate festival at BIC.
Went overboard trying samples from Manam, Subko, Paul & Mike and a few others.
Manam stood out, in terms of chocolate taste and punchlines them using other flavours. Their hot chocolate was to die for! Paul and Mike's wonderbar was highly recommended by a friend.

The Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival is back in #Bengaluru and it is safe to say that we feel like Charlie Bucket when he won the golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s land of chocolate.

When last in Mumbai, I spent a day checking out the offerings of the Indian craft chocolatiers at @IndianCacao and Craft Chocolate Festival.

Here is what I found:
🍫The Indian chocolate industry is US $7 billion strong.
Craft chocolates, perhaps, occupies 1 per cent of this segment. And yet, significantly, a large segment in a country with a billion plus population.
🍫From Ranchi to Pondicherry, Kerala to Mumbai, craft chocolatiers are spread across the country.
Early morning flight to Mumbai to attend the Indian Cacao & Craft Chocolate Festival. Looking forward to learning more about the growing bean to (chocolate) bar industry in India and the future of the brown gold on the subcontinent🍫#CocoaLover
