Well,thought I was getting somewhere with EE today after a response to my previous tweet.Seemed interested & willing to help but then said,sorry,has to be passed on to cust servs,which are the people who did nothing yesterday & didn't have the courtesy of calling bk @EE

@EE Yes, we did and yes we have. DPD sent us daily conformations that the phones were being delivered until we received the one on 23rd. Since then we've had nothing. And yes, we have chased DPD daily and they assured us we would have the outstanding phone by 24th. Still nothing.

@EE No, not at all. We've been told they've been dispatched. We ordered 2, 1 arrived on 23rd and we are still waiting in the other. Customer services have been no help, offered a phone call but wouldn't say when, 24 hours later, still waiting on a phone call 😤
