New Zealand has NO free speech. It is the same British inherited system that was designed to protect the aristocracy/royals. Very few countries have protected free speech. Plus NZ & AU introduced hate speech laws without definition decades ago. Basically we handed the government ALL the power of what THEY decide we are allowed to say.

@Mrsinha I believe it is a party of traitors. Initially the first generation thought they were genuine freedom fighters. Then the truth started coming out decades later and the mask was removed. They have consistently sold out the nation to fill their own pockets for foreign interests.

What is in my timeline hardly matters. That My School was Sacred Heart in GI or that I live Unsworth today. That I know every ally in Auckland and was the king of Mt Eden with my FC3S . That I designed at OPUS. or worked at farmers retail or St Lukes Maccas. I do not have to prove anything. I only know 1 thing. I love my New Zealand & Australia (over a decade since 2008 to 2022 Sydney)

Wherever your heart may lay in a good place with empathy you are trying to espouse likely for political mileage. I will always have an issue with the type of politics that throws money at problems but does not have the intelligence to plan systems. Yes people have to be held accountable. Yes some monetary reparations will provide limited relief. You offer no new solutions. Your letter reeks of political posturing.

do not fully agree, you have a point. However, human productivity will increase exponentially if it is allowed to be exploited (AI). Some of the social welfare mindset will need to be removed. New Zealand is uniquely innovative (was even more) If these handicaps introduced by the greens etc will be removed then the potential is enormous. Invest in Chip design/ computer memory innovation/ bespoke software solutions/ robotics. (for e.g) New Zealand was building luxury yachts. Value add to top quality agriculture (global food/supplements) Create a unique smart country. Not with more people but if you have to then give massive incentive to foreign firms to design and build here by providing a tax haven on condition that say 95 % of the talent will be home grown hires included with transfer of technology to New Zealand (just my 2 cents)

I do not see the Iran 'deal' as a solution. I feel in no terms it is acceptable. Making some presumptions on it's details, I conclude that we will see many more events unfold before the truth is reveled. The role of Pakistan is a mystery and the powers in Iran are from from consolidated.

@Mrsinha Outdated thinking of parents and schools is one of the deeper problems. Play & sports is given too little time by schools and this concept of 'homework' needs to be done away with. Kids need to play for at least 3-4 hours daily at home + school .

@winstonpeters We had a little chat when I worked for OPUS on the waterfront. I still admire your policy barring the Ardern error of 2017 (National is also not free from blame) which you have more then compensated for. You will always have my vote. Thanks for your logical position.
