I am not against the IBC process. But if the PM considers FREE vaccination as charity, we need to remind him how he is fleecing us while benefitting his cronies and making us pay for his blunders. He is inept, inefficient PM with no empathy and we are paying for it.

9. Essar Steel was sold to Arcelor Mittal for 42000 crores. The banks made a claim of ₹49,473 crore but got only ₹30,030 crore losing 19400 crores.
7. DHFL was sold to Piramals. The Banks made Claims of Rs. 100,064 Crores but settled for a bid by Piramals of Rs.37,250 Crores. In all, Banks and creditors lost 63000 crores.
5. This week, Videocon and its group companies were sold to Vedanta Group. Videocon owed 42,000 crores and banks recovered just 2900 crores. About 39000 Crores was written off.
4. The IBC process, a logical and aggressive process to recover whatever is possible has possibly been abused. A look of some settlements will tell you the story.
