I have not received any notification regarding this matter. It feels like OLA is playing with its customers' emotions.These actions are unacceptable & OLA should be penalized for them. Address the issue promptly.

When I contacted the Puri, Odisha dealer, the manager's behavior was extremely rude towards me as a customer. I made the full payment through UPI, & even after the insurance change, I have not received the refund of over Rs 200 that OLA owes me.
