Dawah as “invitation” is only in theory. In real, it involves tactics ranging from mockery of their targets’ customs, misleading their targets on their own traditions, preying on women, instilling fear of dojakh ki aag, coercion, trapping through monetary help etc

Zakir Naik has been the biggest propagator of it in Indian subcontinent in recent time, targetting ignorant

Today, Dawah has entered workplaces, campuses, welfare spaces and intimate relationships, making it harder to detect and easier to deny

Public sees only the last step - a Hindu woman in hijab, a Hindu man in skull cap etc
