A shipment from UK to Las Vegas last week with @dhlexpressuk in 4 days. So far 52 days with the Useless Parcel Service and no movement, terrible customer service and no explanations #boycottUPS @UPS_UK @UPS

@UPS_UK Your "service" is a disgrace! You've had 2 packages of mine for 48 DAYS stuck in Stansted waiting to ship to the US. Both cleared Customs on 23 Dec and yet are still stuck in UK. Can't talk to customer service in the UK, only Manilla. I used DHL this week to US - 3 days!

@Hermesparcels where is my package? It was picked up last Wednesday and still says "We've Got It". Hasn't had a status update since last Wednesday! Useless! I am waiting for a vehicle part and have had to rebook my MOT twice already #nocar #useless #lostparcel #ineedanswers

@acute_developer @UPS_UK Agreed. Package with DHL to Las Vegas from Hampshire, UK took 4 days this week. My packages to US have taken over 50 days now with no delivery in sight and 1 to Sweden taking over 3 weeks. Absolute nonsense blaming Brexit and COVID. They're a shambles, never using them again

@heapwell @UPS_UK If they didn't spend their time blaming Brexit it would help. I shipped on 17th Dec, weeks before the New Year. They won't tell me when my goods will ship or when I can get them back if I choose to, only that I'd get a 'partial' refund! For no service! Funny if it wasn't true
