@ChronopostSAV 2 colis envoyés samedi dernier, censés être livrés lundi à un point relais. L’un dit que le point était fermé (faux), l’autre sans aucune info. Les deux bloqués au centre de livraison depuis lundi dernier, sans MAJ. C'est normal, ça ?
@ubereats_fr It’s good to know that when your first two orders have items missing you just get accused of requesting a refund multiple times! No apology, and the same generic reply with each response! It’s good to know uber cares that their customers get what they pay for..
@Hertz Just to pre warn people - that apparently even pre paying for a specific car to fit your party, 7 weeks in advance, Hertz say they don’t guarantee it will be available and will not refund if it’s not available!!! Absolute joke of a company!!
@Hertz prepaid for an SUV rental a month in advance to arrive and be offered a compact as all they had. Couldn’t refund, and sent us to enterprise next door. Also said they have 4 bookings but only 2 cars available- what is he supposed to do? Need refund & comp for extra costs!
@RyanMelton@Hertz We had this on Saturday. The guy told us to go to Enterprise to see if they could help! Thankfully they could - but Hertz say they won’t refund as even prepaying for a car apparently doesn’t guarantee one will be available! Good luck dealing with @Hertz

@itluggage any update on the ‘warehouse technical issues’ that have caused a delay. Order IT2132EU should have been delivered this week, but there’s been a delay, and no more updates. Luggage needed for a holiday in two weeks, so will they arrive or do I need a refund?

@Irish_Ferries we were due to leave Dover at 14.25 but the ferry hasn’t arrived and customer services have no information. Your website just says ‘delayed’ with no further info and you don’t update any social media sites. Been sat in Dover for 1.5hrs with no updates

Not because anyone from the company contacted me, but because I called again and spoke to someone who actually did their job, spoke to someone and confirmed the money had actually never been sent, despite making me feel stupid for not believing lies
@theresalou78@OneFamilySocial Only to accept that we haven’t received it. Apparently it’s with the complaints team now, but no one can/will tell what’s going on and how they’re trying to sort it!
@OneFamilySocial have supposedly transferred CTF money on 29 Aug, as CTF now shows as closed, but the money has not still been received more than 2 weeks later. Best response customer services gives is ‘it’s passed to complaints to look into’. Thousands just ‘missing’ and no help
@mishparrott @OneFamilySocial If you have a cheque I’d drive the distance to deposit it! They sent my sons money by bank transfer more than two weeks ago and he’s not received it. No one from Customer services can help any more, so it’s passed to complaints and we just wait…with no contact and no updates!
