@British_Airways The chat function is not helping, i have no update to when my claim will be paid out. This is getting outrageous. Please can I have someone help me and have my reimbursement made. Where is the customer support?

@British_Airways I raised a reimbursement claim almost 4 months ago and still have not had my claim paid back. I have chased this 4 times, with each time being told it is being worked on ASAP. The reason my reimbursement took place is due to an administrative error by BA (part 1)

@TfL I had a Black Cab today from Clapham Junction Station to Battersea Power Station (Mall) The ride was supposed to cost me £18. The taxi driver sneakily charged me £41, I only just noticed as i got a @AmexUK notification of the charge. Anything you can do?
