Today was potato day in the Indigenous Studies Garden. We planted 50lbs of Purple Peruvian Potatoes! Potatoes have been cultivated by Incan peoples since at least 8,000BCE.Thanks to the faculty volunteers for all their hard work! @ConestogaC#garden#landbased#indigenousscience
