Honestly, this is the 1 regulation that Biden refused to implement that the new Secretary of Commerce @howardlutnick should consider.

On 9/20/2024, NOAA published notice that it had received a "Petition for Rulemaking Regarding Maintaining Records and Submitting Reports on Weather Modification Activities."

At issue is the fact that a mere 10-day heads-up is currently all that's required to conduct cloud seeding or weather modification activities AKA "geoengineering."

This is the process of injecting particulates into the stratosphere, often referred to as Chem trails or spraying. According to chief petitioner David Bookbinder, this is a far greater threat than climate change itself.

The Petition requests a review and permitting process of future geoengineering activities, full public disclosure for independent oversight, and reports on the aftermath submitted to Congress.

This is one regulation that actually makes sense... Issues such as this are the only reason why we have regulatory boards to begin with. Literally, what's even the point of our government if not to regulate mad science that's harmful to humanity?
