-Growth guidance for FY27 is 60%-70%
-FY26 Revenue stood at 99cr
-NWC stuck in business is:
Receivables 50cr + Inventory 46cr - Payables 10cr =
87cr
Which makes it 87% of revenue (extremely WC Heavy)
-To fulfill 70% growth guidance company needs 147cr of
WC funding so additional wc requirement is 147cr-
87cr= 60cr
-Bank Balance-3.1cr
-Short term borrowings ballooned from 9 cr to 22cr
which already proves the point that company is
undergoing WC stress and growth is consuming cash
big time.
- Any additional reliance on short term loans can
increase interest cost and shrink margins.
-Cash conversion cycle has deteriorated from 191 to 427
days
-Management says that inventory pile up is for the reason that they carry it in books till last equipment order is fulfilled and receivables are backed by bank limits. But even on these terms additional cash infusion is required to let the operations run. 20% advance is still not enough to make the cash position better. Any slowdown or delays can hit them severely.
