It was an honour to be invited to present my research in #ARIES (Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences), #Nainital.

Some glimpses of natural beauty of Nainital captured by me.
5/5. c) In spite of several follow-ups to Elsevier, no positive action was initiated by those journals.
I will very much appreciate a positive initiative from #Elsevier in this regard.

1/5. Some updates about my #COVID19 paper that was first submitted on May 2022: https://t.co/1NtvvTEXfZ.
It completed two sets of rigorous peer reviews by #Elsevier, JPCE in 2022 and both reviewers were happy with the final revised version (see 3rd version here).
4/5. I submitted in that journal thinking they could be fair and open as they earlier invited me to review a critical #COVID19 paper.
Hence questions arise:
a) How to eradicate biases in the publishing system?
b) Whether such actions are ok with reputable journals, Elsevier
