What about this answer @grok?
The 1964 law (Public Law 88-260, signed January 23, 1964) renamed the National Cultural Center to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and designated it as a living memorial to President Kennedy. It codified the name in federal statute (now in 20 U.S.C. Chapter 3, Subchapter 5) and required all references in laws, documents, etc., to use that name. However, the law does not explicitly prohibit the board of trustees from making the center a memorial to anyone else or from adding another person's name to the building's exterior.
@Allie874 CC has always been a poor sport and an attitude problem. Constantly whines and complains and gets nasty with teammates, coaches, referees, opposing players, and fans.
