It benefits the Central Banks and politicians, but enslaves the people.
I'd rather end the Fed, take the hit, close the borders, and start over at this point.

@KristiLeighTV Often, the seller doesn't need a lump sum of money, and they get taxed if they don't use the proceeds to buy a new property... especially older folks who will justhave that money taken, instead of being able to pass down the note to family as passive income.

But what about lending too?! 'They' say you need to take out a mortgage and pay interest to a bank, but why can't people ever just pay the seller?
