@Grumsi24@TheLukaVerse Defense is half the game. There are tons and tons of g league players who are trying to get into the nba right now and can score in bunches, but what gets those guys called up is primarily elite defense and some playmaking ability, not scoring 30 a game.
@PeterAppel23 Tom Brady is the greatest athlete to touch a ball period. Ohtani has a case for top 10. Looking just at baseball, he still hasn’t passed Bonds (counting stats) or Pujols (averaged triple crown for 10 years) yet, in my opinion.
@SamQuinnCBS Was telling my boy this, no time has signed someone to a super max and won a ship for it, only time it happened was in Denver for Jokic but the deal didn’t start til after the season they won. It’s a bad deal for the team, you can’t win with that much of your cap going to one guy
@Slatt0812721@JSD12120831@BBGreatMoments No 8 innings don’t create that much gap. If i remember right, Sanchez is doing this with really bad defense behind him, so it inflates his WAR more even with similar numbers.
@Grumsi24@TheLukaVerse You can’t be a serious person or this is sarcasm. This statement likely stems from recency bias due to the fact that there have only been 3 mvp level players in the last 20 years who were elite at both offense & defense (Bron/Kobe/Giannis). Most players now are 1 dimensional
@fruitsnacks67@blackguyslips Its not even just that they went far, he literally said they were a couple pieces away from a championship after only playing like 20 games at the end of season, then they went far w/out him. He deserved what happened man, no respect for the guy especially after the flat earth bs
@slushiefucker@The_PastaGuy@neriel55@phaiyuratwill But to the average viewer? That nuance is unknown and the fight scenes were kind of too much. Even if they had just not used a rainbow of colors it would have been easier to process visually. Basically all the fast, good fight scenes had to overcome bad production
@slushiefucker@The_PastaGuy@neriel55@phaiyuratwill I should clarify, as how I initially stated was not quite right. Adaptation is to any attacks, damage, or even phenomenon (like infinity) but the activation is being attacked, Sukuna states this explicitly. It’s more like he adapts to overcome the attacker, not the attack itself
@slushiefucker@The_PastaGuy@neriel55@phaiyuratwill He adapts to being attacked. That’s just how it works. His wheel does not spin if he’s not attacked, if he’s not hurt, why would he need to adapt? That logically makes no sense
@TheWARmonger_ Was gonna ask for this one after i saw it live lol. When he slid to make it i knew it had to be elite distance covered by you never see him on the ground. Did they restore your access to get these numbers or did you find a go between?
@neriel55@phaiyuratwill The adaptation is in response to attacks as presented in show. Maho threw the cars in that scene, not the other way around and even then at the end of it, he’s small again. Just didn’t make sense to viewer. If you’re gonna insult me, that’s just a low IQ emotional response
@neriel55@phaiyuratwill Even in the comics, he adapts to attacks. That’s why either the user or maho himself needs to be hit by the attack. Him becoming giant to throw cars and handle a train like a toy was just slop. Less random colors and .75 speed for most scenes there would have been way better imo
@neriel55@phaiyuratwill The fight starts with hand to hand combat, Yuji being human sized and Maho as well and ends with Maho slamming a train containing Yuji together with two hands like it’s toy car sized. The fight scenes made no sense and too much was going on each scene.
@FracTlL7@bobsagat2015@Teslimatttt@FroggyDLuffy That is so wrong in so many ways, I’m not sure where to begin. For starters, he’s almost as fast as flash, who is leagues above a train and homelands. As far as strength, please direct your attention to superboy comic 140
