In this kind of scenario, I would prefer a line open interest chart. it would give more clarity on where to enter and where to exit. Rectify me if I'm wrong.
If you see the open interest. There are a lot of PE buyers at 17700 strike price and a lot of CE buyers at 17800 strike price. That's why there is difficulty in taking the decision. Now let's see in chart pattern.
