Who would wear black in the hot sun? If I wear black dress or pants and sit outside in summer, it is hot, and even burns when it is pants against the skin. I can't be the only one who has experienced this.
If you are barefoot and have to walk on a road you don't walk on the blacktop, you walk on the painted lines, because of the heat difference.
I see this as torture lol

I know Ken Jouppi personally — my plane was tied up right next to his at the airport in fairbanks, Alaska. He’s a veteran bush pilot, a hardworking American who’s spent decades flying in one of the toughest environments on earth. The photo of him smiling with that fox says it all: a true Alaskan character living the frontier life.
Back in 2012, a passenger brought a six-pack of beer onto Ken’s 1969 Cessna Skywagon as cargo for a flight into a dry [village has an ordnance that does not allow alcoholic] Native village.

Alaska state troopers seized the entire $95,000 plane under civil asset forfeiture laws, even though Ken wasn’t bootlegging for profit and the beer never reached its destination. He was convicted of a minor violation, but the state has spent over a decade trying to keep his livelihood.

Now, at 82 years old, this veteran is taking his case to the U.S. Supreme Court with the Institute for Justice, arguing the forfeiture violates the Eighth Amendment’s Excessive Fines Clause.

It’s a classic example of government overreach punishing hardworking citizens while real criminals walk free.
Ken’s story highlights the need for serious civil asset forfeiture reform. Americans shouldn’t lose their property over minor infractions. Praying for justice for this Alaskan legend.

I strongly disagree with FISA 702, it was weaponized against many Americans to include VETERANS.

My husband served this country for over 20 years and was severely injured in Iraq when a suicidal terrorist detonatonated himself in his VBIED.

He struggles with his injuries to this day.

I help him as much as I can.

Fast forward to 2021, he went to the Capitol on J6 and his actions were peaceful, he assisted someone he needed medical attention, he stopped someone from stealing, he picked ip trash/directed others to pick up trash, and asked Capitol police how he can help. A Capitol police officer said help me get everyone out.

For that…our home was raided by the FBI on February 11, 2021. I was pregnant carrying our four year old child, and my husband Capt. Kuehne @Dark_Horse92 was getting tackled in the snow in 12 degree weather.

The following day I lost the baby.

Our once peaceful home and world has been shattered.

A FBI informant was directly involved kn my husband’s J6 case.

A FBI Special Agent (SA) even came forward and confirmed what I believed since day 1 that my husband was lied about. He said the case manager said my husband was a threat, he was manufacturing weapons in our basement. The SA O’Boyle even apologized to our family.

FISA Section 702 was used (and abused/weaponized in connection with January 6 investigations, primarily through improper FBI "backdoor" queries of incidentally collected data.

I believe the Democrats are being duplicitous.

Innocent, peaceful Americans and Veterans already experienced political persecution, prosecution, punishment and weaponization without hardly enough support.

If this can happen to my family, this can happen to you and every American.
