@Varry_lol Is this a lowelo list or? I'm not understanding why ori and xin are S++ tier, ori was fundamentally nerfed with the removal of phase rush for a lot of matchups, and Xin, while being strong, isn't without counters and isn't blindable.

Thought people might enjoy this tierlist from the recent item changes, looking for anyone's' opinions or champions I've left out.
I've only added champs I thought would be directly affected by the rune/item changes, on day1 of patch.

@JoeMommasMeta Try this, except Voltaic Rush, go POM and manaflow + comet, dont go manamune (25 on-hit dmg is not worth it.) Instead, go Voltaic, Shiv, Dusk then Terminus + 1, Rabba, Zhonya, Banshee, whatever. You can also commit to full poke Varus with Cyclo too.
