Let’s talk runes.
Status of the market, how to find runes bangers and specifically, the super bullish RUNES.

So, are you finally feeling that bullish tingle for RUNES? Good.

What’s the situation right now? Volume is up. Runes market caps are pushing for a new ATH. Holder counts are rising. Mostly Solana whales (even ETH maxis are waking up) are entering runes with big size, especially thanks to tweets from Bonk guy. I expect more and more alt-chains to join us—it’s so easy for them to farm engagement with runes and drive price action for their own bags. Everyone loves control, and with runes, you’ve got the most potential to control your own bag’s price action.

Shoutout to @mavensbot for delaying the MIM Runes bridge even more. The bridge would’ve pulled down a lot of rune volume and market caps again.

New Mints – Secondary Price Action:
Finally, Magic Eden has introduced anti-snipe protection. We’ve only had one strong rune mint with it, but it already performed comparatively well to other high-quality runes, even without derivative aspects. Watch for original rune mints doing well on secondary, thanks to snipe protection—creating that new level of FOMO.
You can’t just start a snipe battle; you’ve gotta be early and in the trenches.

And don’t forget, we’re still waiting on Magic Eden Swaps, expected this November.

How do I decide if a new rune mint is good?
Some of you know my hit rate with profitable rune mints is solid (Gizmo, Koda, Pooka, Bitcoin Bro Bear, Pup Star).

Here’s a quick guide:
1. Runes Trackers (Satosea, GeniiData, etc.):
Keep checking for hot new rune mints. Projects often mint at low sats, hoping to avoid detection by these trackers since they shouldn’t have a pre-mine to maintain the ‘free and fair’ narrative.

2. Check the Wallets that minted.
Are they fresh wallets funded from CEX? What other Runes/Ordinals do these wallets hold?

3. Check Twitter:
One of the most important steps. Is there a project Twitter? Are metrics clean? Does the bio, PFP, and tweets seem more long-term and less like a P’n’D? Are they hiding Twitter (bullish sign)? Which big accounts are talking about the ticker, and are they reputable or just shilling random runes?

4. Discord:
Be in multiple alpha ordinals/runes groups. Cross-check all servers to see how much interest or confusion there is—more is better.

5. Magic Eden Secondary:
Is there already supply on the secondary before mint-out? High pending means more FOMO. Calculate if minting is better than buying secondary with snipe protection.

6. Twitter Buzz:
Look for bullish signs in memes, engagement, and intelligent interactions. A bullish Twitter or a well-made website can indicate serious effort.

7. Influencer Support:
Even if you don’t like influencers, they do drive attention. If they’re backing a rune (like Billy, Pups, RSIC, Gizmo), it shows bullishness.

8. Work for Your Bags:
Tweet, reply, like, retweet—the full package.

My Specific Runes Opinion:
Alright, let’s get into the top runes with bullish potential, mostly based on volume.
Whoever gets the first Binance listing wins the biggest market cap share.

• BILLION•DOLLAR•CAT @billydollarcat
The #1 rune (imo). No BRC20 history, no main character shill (like Ansem), no Ordinals affiliation or pegging, no community split/beef, no bridge fud.
Just a clean and pure 100% runes token. Branding is top-notch.
What it’s missing: more cross-chain mindshare, like Pups has with Solana folks. BILLY TO A BILLIES. This close to selling all my runes to go full into Billy and just tweet about Billy, lmao.

• PUPS•WORLD•PEACE @PupsToken
Currently strongest cult vibe, huge mindshare with a lot of Solana meme guys. Has the funds now for a T1 CEX listing.
But here’s where recent FUD popped up: they closed down the BRC20-Runes bridge and used unclaimed bridge funds to pay for CEX.
Pups community is split since Gizmo – no sugarcoating, convince me otherwise. It’s got the main character shill like Ansem and reached almost a $1B market cap on Solana. Dumb to fade it. Part of bitcoin culture, with a strong-asf culture, popping out derivatives daily like eggs from a chicken.

• DOG•GO•TO•THE•MOON
Still highest market cap. I get the mid-curve play Leo’s pushing, but let’s compare to DOGE – it’s also just a dog. At least DOGE has good memes. I don’t think I’ve seen a single good meme with $DOG, which is worrisome. Maybe it’s even a deeper psyop that I miss, lol.
My bubble (yes maybe it's a shit bubble kekw) is not really betting on DOG, and 30% dead wallets holding it isn’t a great look. CEX listing could be tough. Either whales need to pay up the fees, or it has to get picked up.
Plus, end of 2024 brings the second Runestone drop – dilution alert.

• RSIC•GENESIS•RUNE @rune_coin
Had high hopes and conviction, still holding big bags. Not much new to say, since they don't let us know anything yet. The longer the floor keeps getting jeeted, the higher the execution risk. A good product on BTC is rare and always bullish. But we don’t know anything concrete, and the hopium’s fading. Let’s see what they’re really doing, lol.

• GIZMO•IMAGINARY•KITTEN @GizmoImaginary
The #2 cat on runes. Strong community, leaders like BitGod and Vombatus pushing the vibe. Memes are fresh, maybe even fresher than Pups. Gizmo took the runes market by storm in October, pulling huge volume and mindshare. But it also split the Pups community in two camps (no sugarcoating). Basically a derivative of Pups, with heavy shills from lepuppeteer (even if it’s just art sharing, it’s shilling with Twitter reach). Riding that Pups 2.0 wave from March/April. Back to ATH.

• MEMENTO•MORI @MementoMoriBTC
First official Casey rod armor rune. Free money for Casey’s Patreon podcast subs. Parent-child inscription of #0 Ordinal.
“Memento Mori” – Latin for “Remember you must die” (fits my web3 vibe with my Bitcoin Shroom PFP and DeadJiras). Airdrop for podcast subs was cool, but it’s basically premined, which feels against Bitcoin’s decentralized narrative.
And it’s like the 4th or 5th rune in the “Casey ecosystem” (WankoManko, Age of Aquarius, Refrigerator, Anarchy Catbus). All these ran up in FOMO mint phases and dumped to low market caps. Hopium is limited from previous rune dumps. Maybe it changes if Casey shills harder as he hinted.

• WADDLE•WADDLE•PENGU @WaddlePenguRune
Very volatile, with big dumps and quick recoveries. Supported by BonkGuy @theunipcs, being one of the biggest holders. @ColdBloodShill as lead is bullish, but the meme game could improve. Runes Twitter feels too quiet about Waddle, then it randomly pops thanks to CBS or BonkGuy, but then becomes quiet again. Needs more consistent attention. Higher though.

• SATOSHI•NAKAMOTO
Always a good ticker, always has mindshare. I’d rather use the liquidity for other plays instead of waiting on team updates and premined supply plans.

• SAIKO•HAMSTER @SaikoHamster
Strong community and part of runes/BTC meme history, pushing Bitcoin memes to be edgier. Unique feel, makes sense why so many copy it but can’t keep up. Down 50%+ from ATH. Needs to go full psycho/saiko again for attention. Higher.

• BASED•INTERNET•PANDA @basednetpanda
Good ticker, strong community, clean branding, active. Also down from ATH like Saiko. Similar pros and cons to Saiko – it’s all about which memes you like.

• BITCOIN•BRO•BEAR @btcbrobear
A fresh one, but surprising on all levels. Surviving, slowly establishing itself into the strong rune area. Community is euphoric, more active than any right now. Memes are easy and really well-done, six-pack bear vibes, on par with Saiko. Holder count over 1k in 3 weeks – bullish. Interns working hard, daily memes. Send it higher.
But I'm bearish…wait, what?

• POOKA•CANNOT•BE•STOPPED @Pookarune
Love the Pooka dog art, shoutout to the artist, please draw me something IRL, lmao. Weird spot as a rune though, unofficial OMB rune but OMBs endorse it as the closest thing. Semi-endorsement feels odd. Plus, long-awaited ZK shill at 10M never came. OMB whales seem mad about pegging to a rune token, rally behind it lacking. Now back at a 4M market cap.

• CYPHER•GENESIS @cyphergenesisAI
Undervalued at 2.3M market cap (dipped to 600k). Why? Look at $GOAT on Solana – a $1B AI token. Cypher’s got a better narrative, with Satoshi Nakamoto interacting on Twitter and even analyzing pics. Satoshi’s MIA, so the AI tweeting as Satoshi is cool. With chad dev @KingBootoshi constantly updating the AI bot – bullish.

• WANKO•MANKO•RUNES @wankomankorunes
First AI token on runes, Bootoshi as dev. Casey soft-shilled it. Down from ATH (almost 1,000 sats) to 50 sats. But intern/AI-bot interacts with runes in a funny way. Likely to rise with Cypher Genesis. Just really cool and 'just makes sense' AI tokens: one is Satoshi, the other is Casey’s imagined erotical furry token.

Yes, I still have my Based Angel Honorary PFP. While this rune’s cool, BA has its community behind it, and you should check out the Ordinals collection, maybe join their Discord – great WL ops, alpha, and vibes there.

NodeMonkes dog rune, lacks meme and community strength. For the sake of NodeMonkes, hope this depegs asap.

Giggle Academy has been going well, and will be a big part of my life for the next few years.

Will continue to invest in blockchain/decentralized technologies, AI, and biotech. I am a long term investor who care about impact, not returns.

I will also dedicate more time and funding to charity (and education). I have some rough ideas.

Still working on my book. About 2/3 done, I think. Writing a book is a lot more work than I anticipated, but will see this one through.
