'नए उत्तर प्रदेश' में खेती-किसानी अब निराशा नहीं, नवआशा की प्रतीक है

किसान वही, मेहनत वही, खेत वही, प्रशासन वही, अधिकारी वही, इच्छाशक्ति वही फिर क्या वजह थी कि परमात्मा व प्रकृति की असीम कृपा वाले उत्तर प्रदेश की पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों में किसान अपनी अपेक्षा के मुताबिक उत्पादन करने की बजाय आत्महत्या को मजबूर हो रहे थे। गन्ना किसानों को भुगतान नहीं हो रहा था। मकई, तिलहन, दलहन, आलू, बाजरा, ज्वार, धान, गेहूं के लिए चलने वाले क्रय केंद्रों की दशा खराब थी।

वजह स्पष्ट थी नीति का अभाव, दृष्टि का अभाव और सबसे बड़ी बात, किसान के प्रति संवेदना का अभाव। पूर्ववर्ती सरकारें किसानों की समस्याओं को केवल चुनावी भाषणों में याद करती रहीं, जमीन पर कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया। न सिंचाई की व्यवस्था सुधरी, न आधुनिक तकनीक किसानों तक पहुंची। परिणामस्वरूप मेहनतकश अन्नदाता कर्ज, सूखा और घटते उत्पादन के बोझ तले दबता चला गया। लेकिन वर्ष 2017 के बाद की तस्वीर इससे बिल्कुल अलग है। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के मार्गदर्शन एवं मुख्यमंत्री श्री @myogiadityanath जी महाराज के नेतृत्व में ‘नया उत्तर प्रदेश’ कृषि क्रांति की ओर बढ़ते हुए 'समृद्ध किसान-समृद्ध प्रदेश' के संकल्प को साकार कर रहा है।

This is the state of the law-and-order situation in West Bengal under Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

One of the witnesses in the Sheikh Shahjahan case is grievously injured in a tragic accident in Sandeshkhali. Two more people lost their lives in the incident. The accident occurred at around 7am this morning in the Najat area of Sandeshkhali in North 24 Parganas.

Today, a hearing in the Sheikh Shahjahan case was scheduled in court. One of the key witnesses, Bhola Ghosh, was travelling with his son along Basanti Road to testify when a truck coming from the opposite direction rammed into their car.

Bhola’s son and the driver died on the spot. Bhola Ghosh was first taken to Minakhan Hospital and later shifted to Kolkata in critical condition. The truck was reportedly being driven by Abdul Halim Mollah, a close aide of Shahjahan, along with his associate Nazrul Mollah. Abdul Halim Mollah has been listed as a fugitive in the CBI diary for a long time.

It is obvious that Shahjahan is eliminating witnesses one by one while sitting in jail. Is there any room for doubt that he has Mamata Banerjee’s patronage?

Indian women boxers who brought laurels to the nation at the 2025 World Boxing Championships in Liverpool called on President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Ms Jaismine and Ms Minakshi won the gold medals, Ms Nupur brought home the silver medal, whereas Ms Pooja Rani was the bronze winner. The President congratulated them for their exceptional performances. Office-bearers of the Boxing Federation of India were also present on the occasion.
